Shipping & Returns
Glitz & Glam Glitter LLC strives to ship orders within 3 business days unless expedited shipping is selected. The first business day starts the day after you place your order. For example, if you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, business day one will be Monday (provided Monday was not a holiday). If you placed your order on a Tuesday, business day one will be on Wednesday. Business days are M-F, and do not include weekends and/or holidays. Although it can occasionally be longer than this, it is usually on the shorter end of that time frame. Please be sure to check your order status through our store for updates on your shipping and tracking information.
When you place an order, you will be given two shipping options to choose from, expedited or standard. We offer flat rated shipping for all items. Expedited shipping orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order has been processed. Standard shipping orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the date the order has been processed. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEX and/or DHL.
Glitz & Glam Glitter LLC does not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please send a message through the Contact Us page with your order number and details. If your order arrives damaged we will need proof of damage. If your order is undelivered please contact your local post office. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
